1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Ace Tiling Sydney ('we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of our tiling services and website.

2. Services
We provide professional tiling services including but not limited to:
- Bathroom renovations and tiling
- Kitchen tiling and splashbacks
- Floor and wall tiling
- Outdoor and pool tiling
- Balcony waterproofing and tiling
- Tile repairs and replacement
- Tile cleaning and restoration
All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1. All quotes provided are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to site inspection and assessment
- Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- Subject to change if the scope of work changes
- Based on the condition of surfaces and property at the time of inspection
3.2. Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit required for bookings over $1,000
- Full payment required on completion of work for jobs under $1,000
- Payment methods: Direct bank transfer, credit card, cash
- 7-day payment terms for approved accounts
- Late payments may incur administration fees
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 hours' notice required for cancellations of scheduled work
- Cancellation fees may apply for late notice (25% of quoted amount)
- Weather-related rescheduling does not incur fees
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after work has been scheduled, materials ordered, or permits obtained
5. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our services and the use of this website.
We will not be liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage or defects
- Weather-related issues during or after service completion
- Underground services not identified by the client
- Environmental factors beyond our control
- Water damage from previously undetected waterproofing issues
- Issues related to the age and condition of existing tiles or surfaces
6. Work Health and Safety
We maintain strict compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations. Our team reserves the right to:
- Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
- Require clear access to work areas
- Implement safety zones around work areas
- Refuse work that compromises safety standards
- Postpone work due to adverse weather conditions
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
7. Warranties and Guarantees
All our work comes with:
- Workmanship warranty as specified in your quote
- Compliance with Australian Building Standards
- Licensed and qualified tiling professionals performing all work
Please note that we cannot guarantee:
- Performance of tiling affected by pre-existing conditions
- Complete elimination of all waterproofing issues in repair-only services
- Prevention of natural occurrences such as severe storm damage
