Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Ace Tiling Sydney for tiling or renovation services, including wet-area waterproofing where it forms part of the tiling work. A written quote or service agreement may add terms for that job. If there is a difference, the signed document applies to that work.

The services shown on this website are subject to location, site condition, access, work involved and availability. A quote records the work included, exclusions, materials, price, proposed timing and any deposit or progress-payment requirements.

Website articles and price guides are general information. They are not a quote and may not reflect the preparation, materials or access required at your property.

Please provide accurate site information and safe, reasonable access to the work area. Hidden damage, unsuitable substrates, changed selections or work requested outside the accepted quote may require a written variation before the work continues.

Start and completion dates can be affected by access, material supply, drying and curing times, other trades and weather. We will discuss material schedule changes with you as soon as practical.

The accepted quote or service agreement sets the payment, cancellation and warranty terms for your project. Before accepting, check the work included, total price, payment stages, cancellation costs and any product or workmanship warranty included.

For residential building work, NSW statutory warranties generally run for six years for major defects and two years for other defects from completion. Ace does not offer a separate written workmanship warranty.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Ace Tiling Sydney Pty Ltd holds NSW contractor licence: 488013C. Only for contracts not requiring insurance under the Home Building Compensation Fund. Work may be paused where site conditions create an immediate safety risk or prevent the agreed work from being completed correctly.
